We first began using Claudette Rowley as a coach early in 2008, and after five team-building sessions that year, I can honestly say that it is the best thing we have ever done for our office staff in terms of morale building and creating a culture that fosters effective communication, honesty and trust, and an openness to quickly address and resolve conflict as it arises.
