Cultural Brilliance™ Audit

Curious if you’re leaving business potential on the table? Looking for leverage points for impactful improvement? Wondering why operations are bottle-necking, innovation has stalled, and stress is increasing? You have two options: the Cultural 360 and the Three-Point Culture Health Check.

Cultural Brilliance™ Audit

You can’t successfully change what you don’t fully understand. The Cultural Brilliance Audit solves that problem for you.

Through a series of interviews, assessments, and interactions at all levels of your organization, we compile an in-depth profile of how your culture operates, including areas of brilliance as well as what blocks your company from reaching its potential, strategic vision, or current goals. Then we make strategic recommendations for realigning your culture (people, systems, and processes) with your company’s direction.

Culture is not morale. It’s a predictor of future—the culture you have today will shape your tomorrow, unless you intentionally and consciously design a different future.

The Cultural 360 Assessment

You’d love to engage in the Cultural Brilliance Audit, but you’re not sure you can get buy-in yet.

This quick and easy health check is a great starting point. Here’s how it works: We interview six people from your organization – two leaders at the executive level, two mid-level managers, and two people on the front line.

Based on our years of experience, we can quickly and accurately give you snapshot of your culture. We’ll specifically identify how your culture is both helping and hindering your company from functioning optimally in important areas.

“An organization is a living culture… that can adapt to the reality as fast as possible.” — Abdi Osman Jama

We implement the cultural integration strategy and deploy communication plans and feedback systems.
